Happy Birthday, Morgan Nicole

Today I am going to take a break from talking about critical theory and popular culture, because although those are some of my favorite things to talk about, today there's something much more important on my mind: Morgan Nicole Goebel.

Today my intelligent, beautiful, wonderful, hilarious baby cousin is turning nineteen today. She is one of the greatest humans I have ever met. She cares so passionately for all living things. She knows all the deepest, darkest secrets of my childhood (except for the passwords of the blanket forts Jordan and I used to build and lock her out of).
